Terms and Conditions:

1. Authorization for Repair:

By presing "Proceed to Checkout", the client authorizes Professional Appliance Repair to perform the necessary repairs on the appliance(s) specified in the service order. The client agrees to pay the full amount for the services rendered, as detailed in the provided estimate or invoice, as well as any remaining balances. The client agrees to provide valid credit card information over the phone and/or in person for payment of the services. The client acknowledges that this constitutes an authorization for Professional Appliance Repair to charge the credit card for the agreed amount and any remaining balances.

The client agrees not to dispute the credit card charge for the repair services for a period of 180 days from the date of service. This allows Professional Appliance Repair the opportunity to resolve any issues related to the repair. The client understands that initiating a chargeback without first allowing Professional Appliance Repair to address any concerns may result in additional fees and legal action to recover the disputed amount.

5. Liability:

Professional Appliance Repair, including its principals, employees, and agents, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, general, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including (but not limited to) personal injuries, damages to personal or real property, or lost income or profits. This includes damages resulting from water leaks, movement of workers/equipment/appliances, food spoilage, disposal of parts/appliances, or other causes, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, as permitted by law.

6. Signature Collection:

The client’s signature will be collected electronically through Service Fusion, which is a tool used by Professional Appliance Repair to document and process agreements, invoices, estimates, etc. The electronic signature will be considered valid and binding for all purposes of this agreement. If an in-person signature is not possible, the client's consent may be obtained via SMS or E-mail. The client will receive a text message stating: "Are you agree and satisfied with the service provided and authorised to charge the provided credit card over the phone for the amount of $[amount]? Reply 'Yes' to confirm." The client's response of "Yes" will be considered valid and binding confirmation for all purposes of this agreement.

7. Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.

Acknowledgement:

By agreeing to the terms and providing payment information over the phone, online throug the website https://pay.appliance-repair.co and/or in person, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
